Rabbi Avrohom of Trisk, better known as “The Maggid of Trisk,” was one of the eight sons of the eminent tzaddik, Rabbi Mordechai of Chernobyl. A great chassidic master in his own right, Reb Avrohom is remembered with reverence as a tzaddik whose requests for Heaven’s blessings for those who were in need of them were never left unanswered.
In 2010, Geder Avos and Oholei Tzaddikim, in cooperation with Rabbi Leibl Surkis, erected a fence around the local cemetery, and an imposing red brick Ohel over the holy resting place of Reb Avrohom.
