In 2020 Geder Avos facilitated the demarcation, sanctification and marking of 15 Holocaust era mass graves in Ukraine including the town of Pustomyty, where Jews were massacred in 1942. The mass grave marking project was completed in cooperation with the Center for European Rabbis and Oholei Tzadikim.
